The Law and Order gang try and capture a serial killer who preys on retarded kids. Each week another kid is murdered as the detectives rack their brains to find the killer, but the clues are hard to come by.

Detective: "Can you tell us if you saw anything?"
Sparky :"Something potato! And I had a log, and then the... Hey what time do I watch the alligator?! Boop!"

Mid-season, they hire a rookie with an inside perspective: Corky!
